Project Information

About this project:

This is the project "adfchk". , registered on Dec 3, 2009.

ADFCHK is a Win32 command-line tool to check ADFs (Amiga Disk Files) for errors and viruses. Since the current version (albeit stable) can only do one file at a time, the package includes a couple of sophisticatedly coded batch files which make checking of ZIP files, DMS files and of course plain uncompressed ADFs a walk in the park.

The tool might even compile under DOS---I recommend the pure DOS compiler djgpp by DJ Delorie for that--- but don't expect too much when scanning files already renamed by the TOSEC standard, since file names can easily get insanely long, which is not supported by good ol'DOS. You have been warned.
